Chartered March 31, 1981

Plans and Goals for the 2010-11 Rotary Year

  1. Increase member participation in all areas.
  2. Increase membership to 55 persons or more.
  3. Increase our community involvement and presence. (Micah Fox)
  4. Increase donations to the Annual Fund, each member donating $25 per quarter through an optional automatic billing. (New Bylaws)
  5. Increase our giving to Polio Plus via our project with Sandler Training.
  6. Work towards establishing our identity as the club that mentors aspiring professionals in the community through involvement with Rotaract and Interact Clubs, sharing our wealth of business experience and knowledge. We also want to be known as the club that offers support to those in the community who are less fortunate or are at risk. We will do this through speaking, personal mentoring, tutoring, and other forms of support.
    • Continue to support the two Rotaract Clubs started in 2010, and launch four new Interact Clubs in area high schools.
    • Raise funds to assist Sustainable Alamance to launch their bakery project to provide jobs for former inmates who wish to reenter the work force.
